Ez Gro reservoir Ran Dry! How to refill? How often?

We assembled and planted seeds in our Ez Gro Patio Garden kit about 3 weeks ago. Overall it has been running well. Most of the sprouting plants are coming in strong! However, today I heard the pump running dry.

What’s the recommended procedure for refilling the system?

How often should we expect to do this?

Do we use the same nutrient mix ratios as before? The same amount of dechlorinated tap water? I think it was four gallons total for our first fill 3 weeks ago.

Do we ever need to consider cleaning nutrient build-up from the bottom of the reservoir?
